The Oikocredit Global Impact GIC is the result of a partnership between the Mennonite Savings and Credit Union (MSCU) and Oikocredit Canada. It allows members to invest funds in a GIC to promote sustainable development and microfinance in developing countries. Investments are guaranteed by the Deposit Insurance Corporation of Ontario (DICO) and are eligible for registered accounts.
